Week 12

I updated the code with the values for the switches. We will be able to confirm they are correct once the new motor driver is in. The main changes from last week are the switch voltage values and the button functions. The 'up' button now runs the bogie forward. When the other buttons are pressed, the LCD will display text confirming which button is being pressed. Once the driving and turning code is written, the rest of the buttons will get more functionality. The left and right buttons will be used for steering, and the up and down buttons will be used for driving. The select button will initialize automated functionality of the bogie and the none button can be used to stop the bogie wherever it is.
